Without a doubt, Design has gone above and beyond. From the start, they’ve been incredibly professional, patient, and truly invested in helping diagnose recurring issues with my AC and furnace. It’s rare to find a company that feels more like a partner than a service provider. The main office staff is thorough, attentive, and committed to documenting every pain point with care. Their dedication to understanding the full scope of the issue is impressive. The technicians? Absolutely phenomenal. Empathetic, hardworking, and genuinely delightful—at this point, they’ve been to my home more than my parents have this year! They communicate clearly, explain their process, test thoroughly, and keep me updated every step of the way. Transparency is clearly a priority. A special shoutout to Tim Schmitt, who has spent over 10 hours at my home diagnosing a heating issue. His professionalism, communication, and attention to detail are truly the gold standard. Long story short: Design is now my go-to for any HVAC concerns. I had a fantastic experience and can’t recommend them highly enough.

Caleb and Mark came in and replaced my air conditioner in no time. They were professional and friendly. They cleaned up the areas they were working in which was a rare but major plus!

05/21/25 Caleb and Mark installed a gas garage heater and did a fantastic job. They were courteous and very detail conscious. Cleaned up after and provided system use explanation and recommendations. Pricing was super competitive. I highly recommend Design Heating and Air Conditioning for your HVAC needs.

9/21/24…Mark & Pork/Caleb were simply amazing!! Arrived at 8am & were done by 3:30pm, and that was to remise old system & replace with brand new Furnace/AC. Both very energetic, paid attention to small details and knowledgeable. They even took time out to explain what they were doing & how the equipment would work for us. Highly recommend them both 👍🏼. Thanks again!

Design changed out our Heater and AC…Caleb and his partner did an outstanding job!! They found some mold in the heat exchanger from the humidifier and they resealed the humidifier and fix the leak. I was very impressed with Design!!
